Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

LootShoot is an independent marketplace where people buy and sell PUBG Mobile accounts, popularity (POP) and other gaming items. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who can see it, and what choices you have. By using LootShoot you agree to this policy. Please read it together with our Terms & Conditions.

The short version

  • We collect only what we need to run the marketplace: your account details, your listings, offers, orders, chats and payment proofs.
  • Your email address and WhatsApp number are never shown to other users.
  • Your username, profile photo and listings are public.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • You can update your details, delete your listings, or ask us to delete your account.

Information we collect

Account details

Your username, email address, password, WhatsApp number (saved as +92 followed by your number), the date you joined, and a profile photo if you add one. Your password is handled by our sign-in provider and is not visible to us.

Listings

The title, description, price, type, photos and, for Account listings, an optional video that you add to an ad.

Offers, orders and notifications

Offers you make or receive, orders (including their status, such as delivered or received), the payment proof you upload when you buy, and the notifications we send you inside LootShoot.

Chats

Messages and images you send in an order chat, with the time they were sent and whether they were read.

Support and payouts

When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send. Some LootShoot buttons open WhatsApp with a ready-made message that can include the ad title, price, order or conversation ID and the buyer’s and seller’s usernames. Sellers who ask for a payout also send us their payout details, such as the payment method, account title and account number.

Technical information

When your device connects to LootShoot or to the services we use, those services automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request.

How we use it

Who can see what

Public

Your username and profile photo, the month you joined, and your listings: title, description, price, photos and video. Your active listings are also shown together on your seller page. Anyone can see this, including people who are not signed in.

The other person in an order

When you buy from or sell to someone, you can see each other’s username and photo, and the messages and images you send each other in the order chat.

Only you and LootShoot

Your email address, your WhatsApp number, and the payment proof you upload are not shown to other users in the app. Payout details you send us are used only to pay you.

Please do not put personal contact details or sensitive information in listings, photos, videos or chat.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We use the services below to run LootShoot, and they handle information only to provide their service to us.

Supabase

Our database, sign-in system and file storage. It holds your account details, listings, offers, orders, chats, notifications, and the images you upload.

Bunny.net (Bunny Stream)

Stores and plays the videos on Account listings. It receives the videos sellers upload, and the IP address of people who watch them.

Google Fonts and jsDelivr

Load the fonts and code libraries our pages use. They receive your IP address and browser details when a page loads.

WhatsApp (Meta)

When you tap Contact us, the report flag, or a payout link, you continue in WhatsApp. What you send there is covered by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.

Easypaisa and JazzCash

You pay using these apps, outside LootShoot. We only receive the proof of payment you upload. Their handling of your payment details is covered by their own policies.

Email delivery

Our sign-in system sends one-time verification codes to your email address.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect LootShoot or its users, or to investigate fraud or a breach of our Terms. If LootShoot is ever sold or merged with another business, your information may move with it, and this policy would continue to apply.

Payments and payouts

We use your payment proof to confirm that you paid, and we do not show it to other users in the app. A screenshot may include your account details, so please upload only what is needed to prove the payment.

When a deal is completed, we ask the seller to send their payout details on WhatsApp so we can pay them. We use these details only for that payout and to keep records of it.

Photos, videos and links

Listing photos, profile photos and chat images are stored at web addresses that are hard to guess. Anyone who has the exact address of a photo can open it, so share an address only with people you trust. Listing videos are public in the same way as the rest of the listing.

When you delete a listing, we also delete its photos and its video.

Browser storage

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. We use your browser’s local and session storage to keep you signed in, remember which chats you have opened, and make our pages work. If you clear your browser data, you will be signed out.

How long we keep it

Your choices

Security

We use encrypted connections, and access rules that limit what each user can read. Our team opens your information only when we need to, for example to review a payment or answer a report. No online service is completely secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.

Other countries

The services we use run servers in different countries, so your information may be processed outside Pakistan.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is important, we will also tell you inside LootShoot. Using LootShoot after a change means you accept the updated policy.
