LOOTSHOOT

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

By using LootShoot, creating an account, listing an item, making an offer, or purchasing an item, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Marketplace

LootShoot is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of gaming-related products and digital items.

LootShoot is not the owner or seller of items listed by users. Sellers are responsible for the items they list and the information they provide.

LootShoot is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to PUBG Mobile, KRAFTON, or Tencent.

  2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity carried out through your account.

You must not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, or use LootShoot for fraudulent or illegal activities.

LootShoot may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.

  3. Listings

Sellers must provide accurate information about their items, including the description and price.

Sellers must not include personal contact information, such as phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, email addresses, social media handles, or other contact details, anywhere in a listing, including the title, description, images, or other listing fields.

Listings may be reviewed and approved by LootShoot before becoming publicly available.

LootShoot may reject, hide, edit, or remove listings that violate these Terms or marketplace rules.

Listings may automatically expire after the applicable listing period.

  4. Prohibited Items and Activities

Users must not use LootShoot to sell or promote:

    • Stolen or unlawfully obtained items.
    • Fraudulent or counterfeit items.
    • Hacked or compromised gaming accounts.
    • Gaming accounts or digital items that the seller does not have the right to transfer.
    • Illegal products or services.
    • Fraudulent payment methods or stolen financial information.
    • Any other item or activity prohibited by LootShoot.

Fraud, scams, account abuse, and attempts to bypass LootShoot's transaction system are prohibited.

  5. Gaming Accounts

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to sell and transfer any gaming account they list.

Buyers understand that gaming accounts may be subject to the rules and actions of the relevant game publisher.

LootShoot does not guarantee that a third-party game publisher will allow an account to remain active or allow its transfer.

  6. Account Purchases and Recovery Risks

Buyers acknowledge that purchasing a third-party gaming account carries risks, including loss of access, recovery of the account by a previous owner, or restrictions imposed by the game publisher.

Sellers must provide accurate listing information. After an account has been sold, sellers must not recover, reclaim, or interfere with it in any way, including by changing or resetting login or recovery details, requesting access through the game publisher, or helping anyone else do so. Violations may result in listing removal, account suspension or termination, and other action under these Terms.

If you suspect that an account has been recovered or that you have been the victim of fraud, you should report it to LootShoot as soon as possible through the LootShoot chat or at the contact email below, and include any relevant details or evidence.

LootShoot will review reported issues in line with the Disputes and 24-Hour Trade Shield sections of these Terms and its applicable dispute and refund policies. Although LootShoot takes reasonable steps to discourage fraudulent activity, it cannot guarantee permanent access to a third-party gaming account or prevent every recovery attempt.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes LootShoot's liability where it cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

  7. Offers

Buyers may make offers on eligible listings.

An offer is not a completed purchase until it has been accepted and the required payment process has been completed.

Sellers may accept or reject offers.

Fake, abusive, or fraudulent offers are prohibited.

  8. Payments

Buyers must follow LootShoot's payment instructions and pay the correct amount.

Where required, buyers must submit valid payment evidence.

False, edited, duplicated, or fraudulent payment screenshots are prohibited.

LootShoot may review and reject suspicious or invalid payment submissions.

  9. Orders and Delivery

Sellers must provide the purchased item as described in the listing.

After delivering the item, the seller may mark the order as delivered.

The buyer may confirm receipt after receiving the item.

Buyers should not confirm receipt before receiving and checking their purchase.

  10. 24-Hour Trade Shield for Accounts

The 24-hour Trade Shield applies only to Account purchases.

After the buyer confirms receipt of an Account, the Trade Shield period begins.

During this 24-hour period, the buyer may contact the seller through the LootShoot chat regarding an issue with the purchased Account.

The seller is responsible for cooperating reasonably with the buyer to resolve legitimate Account-related issues.

After the 24-hour Trade Shield period ends, the payment may be released to the seller according to LootShoot's transaction process.

Trade Shield does not guarantee a refund or a particular outcome in every dispute.

  11. Disputes

Buyers and sellers should first attempt to resolve transaction issues through LootShoot's chat system.

LootShoot may review relevant listings, payment information, transaction records, and messages when investigating a dispute.

LootShoot may take appropriate action based on the available evidence and these Terms.

  12. Messaging

LootShoot's messaging system is intended for communication related to marketplace transactions.

Users must not use it for harassment, threats, scams, malicious links, illegal activities, or attempts to defraud another user.

  13. Off-Platform Transactions

Users should use LootShoot's provided transaction and payment process where applicable.

Users who move a transaction outside LootShoot to avoid marketplace rules, payment verification, or transaction protections do so at their own risk.

LootShoot is not responsible for transactions completed entirely outside the platform.

  14. User Content

Users are responsible for the images, descriptions, and other content they upload.

You must have the right to upload and use the content you submit.

LootShoot may remove content that violates these Terms or marketplace rules.

  15. Service Availability

LootShoot may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party services, or other circumstances.

LootShoot does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

  16. Account Suspension

LootShoot may suspend or terminate an account or remove listings if a user violates these Terms, engages in fraud, abuses the marketplace, or creates a security or safety risk.

  17. Changes to These Terms

LootShoot may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
